What does a Lifetime warranty do for me?

Will I be mailed a hard coy of the CreteClean Plus Warranty Extension Certificate?
Yes, upon successful enrollment into the program, you will be mailed a hard copy of the CreteClean Plus Warranty Extension Certificate.  It will be mailed with your initial order.

I don’t know if my floor is an Ashford Forula or RetroPlate floor and I have no records of a warranty.  Can I still qualify for a Lifetime warranty?
Please send photos of your concrete floor to [email protected].  Our Technical Director will review the photos and may recommend the following step(s):

  1. Send a local manufacturer’s representative to your location to examine the floor (depending on proximity);
  2. Perform standard test(s) to identify whether your floor has been densified/densified-polished.

Do you offer corporate account pricing?  How do I become a corporate account?

I am ordering product for multiple locations.  Do I need to submit a new form for each location?
