Scott Liggett joined Curecrete Distribution, Inc. in March 2010 and serves as President and CEO.  Scott graduated in 1999 from Brigham Young University with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Logic.  He was sought after by Curecrete especially for his amiable but effective leadership style and ability to formulate and execute a clear and successful vision for the continued growth of Curecrete.

Prior to Scott’s coming to Curecrete, he was the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Brigham Young University.  Scott was responsible for supervising a team which procured about 40% of all the commodities that were purchased by the University.  In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Scott was responsible for maintaining and nurturing key strategic supplier relationships, which saved the University millions of dollars each year.

Scott believes that the success of Curecrete, or any organization, depends on each individual of the team fulfilling their responsibilities with a sense of ownership, competence, and pride.  Consequently, a culture of accountability with the focus of getting everyone the tools and training they need to perform brilliantly will be one of Scott’s key focuses.

When he is not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, outdoor activities, and playing racquetball.  He has four daughters and a son, all of which adore their wonderful mother.  Some other interesting facts about Scott include that he has owned a landscape company for 20 years and ran a trading post on the Navajo Indian reservation for three years.  Scott enjoys any challenge and is excited about being part of the Curecrete family.

Vernon Talbot

Vice President of Sales

Vernon Talbot serves as the Vice President of Sales for Curecrete Distribution, Inc. and currently oversees the global sales efforts of Curecrete’s domestic representatives, applicators, international distributors and Global Business Development team.

Vernon has enjoyed being a part of the tremendous growth and progress of not only the RetroPlate System but of the concrete polishing industry as well. He has been involved with the RetroPlate Concrete Polishing System from the very beginning and applied the first samples of RetroPlate nearly 20 years ago.

Vernon is married to Raychellene, and they have three beautiful daughters – Dexonna, Axuray, and Tayxa. He enjoys sports and outdoor activities, including skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing, as well as trying to keep up with 3 active girls.

Garrett Soong

Vice President of Marketing

Garrett Soong serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Curecrete Distribution, Inc. He joined the Curecrete team in October 2007 after completing his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University-Provo.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Garrett is tasked with articulating and communicating the unique and unmatched benefits of the Ashford Formula and the RetroPlate System, and Curecrete’s complete line of supporting products.  He is also responsible for product branding and design, promotional campaigns, advertising, tradeshows, and web-design and upkeep. He also assists and supports the many dedicated sales representatives and international distributors in their marketing efforts.

Garrett is originally from Maui, Hawai’i where he was born and raised. He enjoys visiting his home state and spending time in the water and sun!

Christian Jensen

Vice President of Finance

Christian Jensen joined Curecrete Distribution, Inc. in September 2020.  He serves as Vice President of Finance and is responsible for providing financial leadership in all aspects of the business.  Prior to joining Curecrete, Christian spent 20 years with John Deere in various accounting and finance roles at both the factory and corporate level.  He was recognized for his strong finance operations management and people leadership skills, both of which are a benefit to Curecrete.

Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from BYU and obtained his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.  He is originally from Orem, Utah but spent most of his life out of state.  Christian’s unique perspective on people leadership comes from his formative years spent overseas, living in Samoa, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Hong Kong – all before starting college.

Christian is married to Leah, and together they have six beautiful daughters.  In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, gardening, being outdoors, and serving in church.

Palmer Hawkins

Vice President of Operations

Palmer Hawkins joined Curecrete Distribution, Inc. in June of 2021 and serves as the Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities include procurement, production, quality control, warehousing and inventory, logistics, and customer service.

Palmer brings a wealth of operational experience to Curecrete, having previously held director-level positions in the oil and gas and mining industries, as well as managerial roles in global operations.

Palmer holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University and later received a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Utah.

In his free time, Palmer enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, playing sports, hiking, writing stories, and playing the drums.

Roy Bowman

Vice President of Product Engineering & Support

Roy Bowman joined Curecrete Distribution, Inc. in September 2022 as Curecrete’s Vice President of Product Engineering and Support. As a key member of Curecrete’s Executive Team, Bowman is tasked with providing effective, in-depth technical support and training for all customers, representatives, applicators, and employees for Curecrete’s line of products. He oversees Curecrete’s R&D efforts, aimed at enhancing and developing existing and new industry relevant products.

Roy has extensive experience in the concrete flooring and maintenance industries – previously owning his own business, specializing in concrete surface preparation, polishing, and coatings for over 20 years. He has developed and implemented training and safety programs, been responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of key processes and created training and validation programs for concrete services spanning multiple national markets.

He has also served in various leadership positions and committees within the concrete flooring industry including as past President of the Concrete Polishing Association of America.

Roy is married to his wife Allison of 38 years, is the proud father of two sons and a doting grandfather to one grandchild. He enjoys bow hunting elk, perfecting his BBQ skills, and woodworking in his spare time.
